Null
The Umbral Element of Null in Stehreel is a symbol of cancelling and stopping. It exists opposite of the Spectral Element of Gravity and can be harnessed by warlocks in the Physical Plane of the world through its three aspects: Null, Armor, and Resistance.
There isn't a main source of Null in Stehreel, but it is often said to focus deep in the center of the southern pole. It is said that Dosani, Nameless of Null, is buried there.
On the surface layer of the Umbral Plane, the element of Null is at its weakest save in the Physical Plane of the world where it does not have tangible form. There are several lesser demons associated with null, creations of the Kaiser of Null that can travel the surface layer of the Umbral Plane.
The Lesser Demons of Null are the Abolisher, the Impervious, and the Sleeper.
The great Kaiser of Null, the weakest of the Demigods, are called Giants; large and powerfully built demonic creatures fabled for their incredible size.
On the middle layer of the Umbral Plane, the element of Null is strong and steady, a terminal space of stillness and inactivity. No Lesser Demons journey to this layer of the Umbral Plane, because all of the passages to it are guarded by those touched by the hand of the Dosani himself.
Some say that the spirits of those aligned to Null journey to this layer of the Umbral Plane in death, dwelling in the pockets of empty serenity.
The Colossus Seriph, strongest of the Demigods, dwell on this layer of the Umbral Plane, forged of nullifying energy. Enormous monstrosities, the Colossus move slowly when at all.
Dosani
In the deepest layer of the Umbral Plane, the element of Null is so overpowering that it is said no mortal could bear to stand within it. Only the Gods live here, among them Dosani, the Nameless of Null.
Where Delilah is an exercise in kinetic energy, Dosani is a sump wherein all things come to a stop. The largest of the Nameless, Dosani is devoted only to a zen sort of middle ground. He does not want things moving forward or backwards, just standing still. Nature might abhor a vacuum, but it is what Dosani lives for; the canceling of all potential.
Dosani is almost a purely reactionary force in the world. While others make plans and plots, determined to act to change their fate, Dosani is content to exclusively react to whatever is thrown at him. Nothing to react to and he becomes harmless, but force him to defend and you will encounter the full weight of his power.
Dosani is one of the Nameless who is not worshiped by any culture or people. The beings of the world embrace change too much for the dark, sedentary God.
