The Plains of Frohtehn
The Plains of Frohtehn are the northernmost part of the World Above Kayvahn. There are two major zones within the Plains: the Plains of Frohtehn themselves and the Forests of Ehvehm in the center of the Plains. The two are very distinctly considered and spoken of separately. The Kayern Family-Clan of Wood Elves inhabits the Forests of Ehvehm while the Pehlehk Tribe of Blood Elves wanders the Plains of Frohtehn in wagon caravans.
The Mountains of Vey'Shahdahz
The Mountains of Vey'Shahdahz are one of the most well known regions of the World Above Kayvahn. As you can see, they are composed of more than just a single range of mountain peaks. Regardless of that fact, the world at large simply considers the region the Mountains of Vey'Shahdahz. One half of the Federal Republic of Kayvahn, the country of the Mountain Elves, fills the region.
The Plains of Blood
The Plains of Blood are the westernmost region of the World Above Kayvahn. Including numerous pockets of forestation, and three distinct plains vegetation types, the Plains of Blood is a very diverse region. Even with marshland, desert-bordering savanna, and woods, the whole region is referred to as the Plains of Blood. The Rahshehk Tribe of Blood Elves wanders these Plains.
The Al'Mohahmihn Desert
The Al'Mohahmihn Desert, called the Great Desert, fills the center of the World Above Kayvahn. Composed primarily of sun-bleached sand, there are pockets of dry plains and savanna within the region as well. Even into the bordering hills and plains, the region is known as the Great Desert. The three Church States of the Sun Elves inhabit the Great Desert, warring over the barren land.
The Wehrihs Hills
The Wehrihs Hills is the easternmost region of the World Above Kayvahn. Really two sets of hills, the northern Vey'Shahdahz Foothills and the southern Marinor Foothills, surround green prairies and bordered by plains, marshes, and savanna, the Wehrihs Hills is what the region is almost universally referred to. The hills in this region are often lush and full of life and vegetation. The Matriarchy of Lunatria occupies the whole of the Wehrihs Hills.

The Mountains of Marinor are the southernmost region of the World Above Kayvahn. As you can see, they are composed of more than just a single range of mountain peaks. Regardless of that fact, the world at large simply considers the region the Mountains of Marinor. One half of the Federal Republic of Kayvahn, the country of the Mountain Elves, fills the region.
